Standard treatment for fire and mold protection
As a standard feature, No Burn of California provides No-Burn® Wood Gard Mih protection on all wood framing of each home in the community. This treatment provides protection for fire and toxic mold, which is applied by our certified and trained applicators and includes a 10-year warranty to the builder. Treating the wood framing is only possible during construction.

Professional application and applicators
No Burn of California provides professional trained and certified applicators to treat your homes. Because we certify the applicators No Burn of California can offer warranties, mortgage and insurance discount benefits.

Upgraded treatments-A profit center for builders
No Burn of California provides our No-Burn® Plus and No-Burn® Plus Mih product as a latex paint for interior application for fire or mold protection. This treatment can be provided as an additional option that easily can serve as a profit center.

Plus Mih can be tinted or a color coat applied over the top of our paint. Plus Mih can also be sold as product only with the homebuilder’s painting contractor applying the interior paint instead of our certified applicators.

The National Fire Protection Association has found from decades of fire research data that four out of five fatal fires occur in our homes. The most common locations where fires start are in the kitchen, garage and utility rooms, so spaces should be treated with No-Burn® Plus to ensure family safety. Fabric protection also can be used on all textiles for maximum safety.Sales and marketing support

We can provide support for the homebuilders’ sales and marketing staff to properly explain the treatment and benefits of No-Burn® products.

Multifamily high-density building
If you build multifamily, high density or infill buildings, ask your No Burn of California representative about our special discounted commercial insurance that insures the building, builder, developer and owner, increasing the value of the building.
